Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

Items are unused and in original packaging
Products are not damaged or installed
Proof of purchase is provided

Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Installed or used products
Damaged items caused by misuse
Special order or customized products
Clearance or discounted items

Return Process

To request a return, contact our sales team with order details. Our team will guide you through the return process and approval.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the error is from our side.

Refund Process

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please report within 24 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
